Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
We ship to the UK, US, EU, and New Zealand. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please note: international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
Returns Policy
We want you to love your Melbnoir pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
Non-returnable items:
- Sale items
- Swimwear and underwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
How to Return
- Email info@melbnoir.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a return authorisation and instructions within 24 hours
- Pack your items securely and send them back
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item and place a new order for the correct size or style.
