We want you to be completely happy with your Melbnoir purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Sale or discounted items (marked as final sale)
  • Swimwear and underwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email info@melbnoir.store with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable method (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty)
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the credit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@melbnoir.store. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
